7:08 p.m. to 8:22 p.m. – Several calls about a bear cub near Brookside Road and the bear cub was running in and out of South Main Street, heading towards the river behind Quabbin Plumbling’s supply. Environmental police contacted.
8:51 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident in the area of South Athol Road where the vehicle collided with a tree. The motorist, who was not strapped in, appeared unconscious and was eventually taken to Athol Memorial Hospital (AMH).
12:08 am to 12:36 am – Several commercial security checks in the Main Street and Unity Avenue areas.
2:14 am – The caller from Main Street reported a loud banging noise in the building. The officer located the source and discussed the complaint with the party involved, who could not make it to the door.
3:11 am – The Victoria Avenue caller reported that a dune buggy was driving through the streets. Officer unable to make contact.
6:32 p.m. – Crescent Street caller reported the neighbor was playing loud music.
7:55 p.m. – Templeton Road appellant reported an incident of illegal dumping of a white van with ladders on the roof, parked in the back corner of the Racing Mart / Dunkin Donuts parking lot.
8:21 p.m. – An officer was requested to be present in the Main Street area where the appellant observed two youths advancing on the road and it appeared that one was hitting the other with a stick.
9:48 p.m. – Agent help was requested in Newton Street where the ex-boyfriend of the declarant’s daughter showed up, kicked the door and wanted to see her child. The subject was gone when he arrived.
